Yes Andy and I have been asking TV-0ne for a HDCP compliant striped down version of the C2-7000 series or the C2-2250 series. In the real world, I am alan halvorson, King of the Wild Frontier and Swell Guy. The same firmware is used on every TVONE blending scaler so you should be able to get as good a blend with the cheaper versions as the expensive ones. MadMrH uses a TVONE C2-7200 dual scaler in his blended system. Such a box would allow any scalers to be used. I don't know when (of if) this will be available or what it will cost (hopefully less than a pair of C2-260's). TVONE is supposed to be developing an external blending box. The nice thing about the C2-260 is that it is firmware based and upgradeable. Be aware that it is not HDCP compliant you must take care of that externally.
You must connect to it via an HD-40 connector set that is included.
This card uses your PC only as a power supply.
It upscales only if you need downscaling, it's not for you. So no chance in the graphic card sector ? Any other choices besides the BlendZilla ? We contacted NVidia with out results and problems and they basically said go away. There are some vertical white lines that no matter what you do you can't get rid of. "Republicans believe every day is the Fourth of July, but the Democrats believe every day is April 15." - President Reagan there not as cheap as regular video cards but they are specific for blending.ĭon't blame your underwear for your crooked ass~ unknown Greek philosopher with edge blending ?įor true edge blending abilities TV-0ne makes a card that has all of the fetures of thier stand alone units.
